DeeJay Bayo is one of the most prominent DJs in the UK. Spinning records for the past Two Decades and still going strong. From humble beginnings playing at House Parties to causing havoc in the clubs, Bayo hasn’t stopped being rated as one of the best Party Smashers of his generation.

An aspiring VJ (Video Jockey) and Budding Turntablist, known for his unique scratching, cutting and mixing style, Influenced by the likes of DJ Jazzy Jeff and DJ Rectangle. An established and very versatile DJ, specialising in various genres of music, which include R’N’B, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Garage, House, Soca, Dancehall, Reggae, and many more.

Due to his unique mixing style, he has had numerous mixes to his name which includes the highly publicised Cokobar.com Offical Wizkid UK Tour 2012 Promo Mixx CD, which had thousands of copies in circulation, creating a buzz for the Wizkid and EME Music UK Tour.

And also the Love Afrobeats Festival 2012 Promo Mixx, Iyanya UK Tour 2013 Promo Mixx, Cokobar Music Festival 2013 Promo Mixx AND Most of  Burna Boy’s UK Tour PPromo Mixes to name a few.

His skills have earned him recognition far and beyond, notably being awarded as the “Worlds Best DJ” at the NEA (Nigerian Entertainment Awards) 2013 held in New York, and also Best DJ for two consecutive years at the NEXON Birmingham Students Awards in 2001 and 2002 respectively. 

DeeJay Bayo was also presented with the “Lifetime
Achievement Award” at the African Pride Awards 2018 for his contribution towards African Culture growth in the UK. His Talent was also discovered in 2006 by the Elite Coalition of Nigeria’s Finest DJ’s (NAIJA DJ’S UK and US) who added him to their roll
call

Such is the demand for Bayo’s talents that in the summer of 2010, he was made the Official DJ for COKOBAR.COM, one of the biggest Concert Promoters in the UK, which gave him the chance to perform at various top notch venues, which include the Wembley Arena, HMV
Hammersmith Apollo, Indigo2 at the prestigious London O2 arena and O2 Academy Brixton to name a few.

In his DJ career, Bayo has supported numerous International artists on their various UK Tours, which include Burna Boy, Fireboy DML, YBNL, Flavour, ,Olamide, Sean Tizzle, Wizkid, Awilo Longomba, P-Square, Iyanya, 9ice, Wande Coal, Tiwa Savage, NAETO C, Ice Prince and The Chocolate City Crew, Davido and the 30BG Gang to name a few.
